Terms of service

What these terms apply to

These terms apply to this website and to any request you send us through it. This is the website of Express Air Duct Cleaning Boca Raton, a service-area business with no storefront. It describes the work our crew does in houses and condos, and it lets you ask for a visit by phoning (561) 652-6273 or by filling in the form on our contact page.

Where we work

The crew covers six towns: Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Highland Beach in Palm Beach County, and Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek and Parkland in Broward County. If your home sits outside them, call and ask: a quick call answers that sooner than the form will.

Sending a request

The form accepts your request at any hour, but a person reads it only once the office opens, and callbacks go in the order requests arrive. Nobody answers outside office hours, so a request sent on a Saturday is called back on Sunday morning. When something cannot wait, phone us yourself.

How the price is set

No page on this site takes money or card details, and none of them prices your home. The technician quotes in your home once the system is open, never as a guess over the phone. The figure follows how big the home is, how many air handlers serve it and what turns up inside them, and no work begins until you have heard it and agreed to it. The savings calculator on our home page is a rough illustration, not a promise: what you actually save depends on your system, its insulation and how you run it.

On the day of the visit

Someone over 18 should be at home, to let the crew in and, at the end, to go over the finished work with the technician. Before anything goes back in the van, you see what came out of your ducts.

Photos you add

The form lets you add up to five photos of the vents or the dryer line. They are optional, and they help the crew bring the right tools. Like everything else you send, they are seen only by the people who book the visits and the crew who carry them out, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your details

Everything about the details you give us by phone or through the form, from what they are used for to how to have them erased, is in our Privacy Policy.

Questions about these terms

If any of this is unclear, phone (561) 652-6273: the people who answer are the crew who would do the job. The date shown above is the last time these terms were changed.
